finding friends

It's not easy finding my way around the computer yet ,but I'm giving it a heck of a try.I'm trying to meet new friends and I chose one so far her name is maryanne and she lives in Egypt. I am so fascinated with things in these countries as I always wanted to travel to far eastern places. I applaud her for feeling so comfortable and for her love of her adopted country.I am hoping I will hear from her soon since there is much I would love to know about Egypt.I'll be looking for more new friends soon I am particularly interested in 15shapes.blogspot.com everyone should check out that site it's funny.Buh bye,for now be back s.oon

Introducing myself

Hi everyone I have "hope is eternal" as my header,there is always room in any life for growth ,improvment,careerchangeand affirmation.I started out a waitress, became a nurse(LPN) retired and now I am trying to get a song I wrote the lyrics for published.unfortunately I am having no luck,the only thing that's bothering me is the fact that I'm geting older and I wanted to accomplish this before I get too old to appreciate any kudos I might earn.I contacted Mr.Willie Nelson's people and they said they "dont take songs from people like that",tried to get hold of Ms.Dolly Parton no reply to my e- mail.It a little depressing because someone gave these now famous people a chance at one time you'd think they would play it forward.If anyone out there knows someone who can help me realize my dream please contact me via this blog I would greatly appreciate it.Oh I forgot to mention I'm 68 years young LOL.So you can understand the urgency behind this request. Will be checking back in a couple of days I'd love to hear from someone re:their hopes and dreams
